I hopped on Instagram yesterday to post a couple pictures of my new 2 Compartment Cross Body Bag (I have to come up for a different name for that!) and while I was on the app I saw so many amazing sewing projects that you have been making from my tutorials.
Here are some of my favorites, along with links to where you can find the patterns and tutorials. Just click the photo or the link beneath…
thecreativeheifer sewed up a Speedy Patchwork Tote. She said she used fabrics she ‘didn’t love’ because she wasn’t sure how it would turn out. But it’s gorgeous. Great job!
sharonquilts62 proves that vinyl and patchwork easily go together with my free Peek-a-Boo Pouch Pattern. There’s even a video in case you get stuck.
Here’s a Car Diddy Bag sewn by sewpurlsouthern. It’s so pretty I wish it were mine!
mrs.chellevonrose made a cute and colorful Card Kitty - one of my favorite projects ever. You won’t believe how awesome they are until you try playing Phase 10 with this sweet card holder.
Need a really fast scrap-busting project? Get inspired by graceandpeacequilting’s Journaling Bookmark and Pencil Holder. These make awesome back to school gifts.
atelier_dsweet has been making more Perfect Wallets. I love her fabric combinations!
How do you organize everything in your purse and always be ready to switch bags? Sew a Handy Purse Organizer like bordadoschilero did. Seeing this lovely thing inside my bag would make me so happy.
All of the previous projects came from free patterns and tutorials, but this Pop Up Zipper Bag came from my newest video course. It looks like maria_mason55 has mastered it. This bag is ready for a trip to the beach (or the aquarium). 😍
I hope all of these fun sewing projects got you inspired to make something new. I love to see what you are making using my patterns and tutorials. See more by using the links in the menu bar above. And keep showing me by posting a picture to Instagram and tagging me @sewcanshe!
