Ayumi's fabric basket tutorial is the first basket I ever sewed. I think I fell for the patchwork! And then I was hooked on sewing baskets.
My Fat Quarter Sized Fold Up Baskets are very cute and I think the name explains it all. You need just a fat quarter of fabric for each side, and they fold up for easy storage when not in use.
When the FQ sized baskets were so handy and popular, I enlarged the pattern to make big IKEA cubby sized baskets. Even better!
