Have you ever tried making quilt blocks on your embroidery machine?
This week I dug into my dresser of scraps and gave a quilt block embroidery design a try.
I love how there will be so many different ways that I can arrange the blocks - if I make enough for a quilt.
But now after experimenting with this new design and different process for making quilt blocks - I’m not sure that I have the patience and desire to make 20+ more so I can sew them into a quilt.
Here’s the video I made to tell you about these blocks - and show you the MESS that I made when working on them.
Do you have an embroidery machine? Have you ever made quilt blocks with it? Tell me about it!
Get ready to have some fun with me!
We all love pampering our sweet pets…<3
As I sat down to quilt my new Huddle Quilt with wavy lines using my walking foot, I decided to make a quick video and show you how I do it.
Sew up a beautiful little bag that’s just the right size for your phone, sunnies, and wallet! This easy to sew little tote has quilted sides - just like your favorite designer bags and wallets.
I think I need to go on a cruise.
Doesn’t this look like a tote bag that you’d carry on a cruise ship?
Doesn’t that rainbow of thread make you happy! It does me!
Cute little patchwork hexi’s are irresistible to me:)
The biggest reason why I sew is to make things for my kids. But they can only use so many quilts, lol!
Here are 15 more things to sew for your kids and grandkids - that they will LOVE (and hopefully you will love them too)!
I really thought that I was making it very hard for you to vote this time.
I mean, these are 3 really great projects. They all look like something I’d love to make!
So I thought the voting would be pretty even. I was wrong.
This week I had an idea. See what it is!
