To celebrate the historic events we shared this past summer, Becky Jorgensen of Patchwork Posse designed the beautiful Eclipse mini quilt for us this month!
The Eclipse mini quilt is made up of squares, half square triangles, and little flying geese. I learned a new technique for flying geese when making it too!
This mini quilt is your chance to play with light and dark fabrics and create eclipsed stars! Can you see it above?
Here are some made by SewCanShe readers!

The Eclipse mini quilt is a tiny version of this big quilt that Becky designed to commemorate last year's total solar eclipse. Isn't it gorgeous? Find out more here.
I can't wait to see all the Eclipse mini quilts that you make! If you email me a picture, I'll be sure to include it in one of our Thursday blog posts. Share your mini quilt on Instagram too with the hashtag #sewcanshemonthlyminis so I can find it there too.
