Okay, okay... I am a month late for a mid-year recap of our Monthly Mini Quilt series. Did anyone else notice how fast time flew by this summer? I mean, I took my daughter shopping for school supplies today... already!
But I still wanted to do a quick round-up of the 6 (oh, I mean 7), free mini quilt patterns that we have posted so far. I have been amazed at the wonderful patterns that my quilty friends have offered us so far... and the August mini quilt is coming in just 5 days!
So I won't waste any more time... and I hope you decide to sew mini quilts with us when you check out these 7 amazing mini quilt patterns...
January - I started it off by sharing the Friendship Mini. It's a classic sewn from half square triangles.
In June, I took the wheel again and shared with you my Square Dance Daisy... It's a patchwork + applique interpretation of the Dresden plate design... What do you think?
And then there's July. I considered not including our darling Ladybug Liberty mini quilt (designed by Fat Quarter Shop) in this round-up so I could pretend the year was only half over, lol. But it's so cute I couldn't resist including it!
I hope you enjoy these free mini quilt patterns.... and decide to join our sewalong for the August mini quilt. Here's a hint - it will use foundation paper piecing!
