And here are the patchwork tote bags that I sewed up for Colorful Patchwork Bags and Baskets. The pattern is so much fun because you can make any size using squares from 1 1/2'' to 10''! These were made with 3 1/2'', 5'', and 6 1/2'' squares.
The same pattern makes zipper pouches too... just put in a zipper instead of a magnetic snap and straps! These were made with 1 1/2'', 2 1/2'', and 4 1/2'' squares.
***Update*** The class is now available!

The Fold and Stitch Wallet has two card slots and a money pocket on the inside.
There's a small coin pocket on the outside. Both the money pocket and the coin pocket have a velcro closure.
It's a great way to use up scraps and the wallet is a super little gift. This is exactly the same wallet, I'll just be showing you how to make it with your own fabric. And I've given instructions for using snap-setter snaps (such as Kam Snaps) instead of sew-on snaps. But you can still sew on snaps if you want. Or no snaps at all. :)
This past Saturday morning I woke up needing to sew a quick birthday present for my daughter's friend. Chloe was getting ready for a princess birthday party. We already had a small gift, but my daughter wanted me to make a personalized bag for her to bring that gift in.
I'm so excited to share this tutorial with you because for a couple of years now my friend Sarah and I have been making wrist strap keychains for our own use (they are so handy!), for friends, for teacher gifts, and even for craft fairs.
Someone I totally admire has been sewing my #10 Caddy Pattern…check out her amazing work!
This was the most fun I've had this year! I loved the challenge of sewing up a new project with only a picture to refer to. You voted for me to sew and write a tutorial for the bed pockets in this picture... so here it is.
Let's face it, sometimes moms forget to accessorize. Well, this infinity scarf made with just a yard of soft cotton voile is an easy accessory that you can wear anywhere. And it has fine french seams and a neat 1/4'' hem. Lovely!
Looking for a fast and easy sewing project? Something fun and clever to make? You’ve come to the right spot!
I know you have been searching for a fast and fun quilt pattern to use up your fat quarter stash... here it is! Sew up this beautiful throw quilt using 9 fat quarters plus a little more than a yard of background fabric.
Tuesdays are special in This Little Light… why? Because every Tuesday there’s a new video tutorial, block of the month pattern, digital download, or community meeting.
