Wow! I thought my readers would like this cute caddy, but I didn't think they'd be begging me to finish the pattern so fast. So I did and here it is!
I made the #10 Caddy with Heather Bailey's new Persimmon Pop, Dove Chevron, and Mod Dot fabrics (available from Free Spirit Fabrics). The caddy is wonderfully stabilized with HeatnBond fusible fleece and lightweight fusible interfacing from Thermoweb.
I didn't have this sewing pattern ready in time for Earth Day this year, but it is a great way to recycle. The caddy slips over a clean #10 can.
A #10 can is 7'' tall and just a smidge more than 6'' in diameter. If you measure around, the circumference is 19 1/4''. These cans are easy to find at warehouse club stores and make a perfect container for all your sewing room (or kitchen) tools.
Pretty one up with this easy to make cover today!
